Check it out, there is free WiFi all over the place here. Starbucks, Haagen Das, even these non-descript little cafes have free WiFi goodness. This is much more progressive than Stuttgart, I don't know of any free spots there...

Yes Paris is (I think) the city with the most of wireless hot spots (WI-FI as they callit).
There is also this very popular site www.cafes-wifi.com to find them.
