As I feared, my lack of movement in the past 2 days or so have taken its toll. I have now had my first day where I was worse than the previous, going back up 0.3 of a pound. Oh well, when this cold passes, I will get myself back to the gym. It does give Mike even more opportunity to pull farther ahead, Cherie needs to feed him more pie.
Todays total weight loss is measured in Tacos.
I am lazing around feeling sick, so I have no creativity today. it was a stretch to change the chart to a taco graphic.
