Another new year in Germany has gone by. Here is a firework that was set off next door to us last night. As usual, it was the fireworks chaos here, we are in the middle of nowhere, but all you could see in every direction was explosions of red, green, yellow.
Thankfully it poured rain all night to wash all the fireworks garbage off the street. when it is wintery like usual, there are bits of charred paper lying in the street until Feb.
We spent last night playing board games with the Jones after cooking a nice dinner.
